Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay. The hotel is situated in the Marsicale District, where there is an abundance of nightlife but be cautious as it can get noisy. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the linen was of excellent quality. However, the area can be a bit unsafe late at night. The service was top-notch, with staff being very helpful and able to communicate fluently in English. The dining experience at 'Canoa' attached to the hotel was delightful, offering a great variety of dishes. The location is ideal for both business and pleasure, but you need to keep an eye out in the 'gringo landia' neighborhood, known for crime against tourists.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and had all the desired amenities for a 3-star hotel, but it was very cold and noisy at times. The service was exceptional, with staff being very helpful in arranging various things. The location seemed ideal, being close to the city center and the airport, but there were some concerns about safety in the neighborhood. The dining options were tasty but limited. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a great view of the city and Cotopaxi from my room at the hotel, which was clean and had three double beds. The location was nice, close to the city center and the international airport, making travel convenient. The dining options were tasty and exceeded my expectations. The service was helpful in arranging reservations and providing guidance. However, the hotel could improve the structure and investment in services.
